We ask that you return your sold tickets and money to the Parish Office during office hours or put in an envelope marked "PICNIC" and drop in the collection basket. Please turn in all sold/unsold raffle tickets and money.

THINK RED!!! We ask that everyone wear red for the picnic
We are asking for donations of bottled water, canned soft drinks, rolls of clear cellophane wrap (Can be found in craft section at Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Party Paper Place and Party Place) or we will accept cash donations to help purchase these items. All items can be placed in the boxes located at the entrances of church or bring by the Parish Office.
SILENT AUCTION BOOTH: Is in need of empty baskets of all sizes. Also be thinking about what type of basket you want to make for the picnic: Garden, Fishing, Golf, Car Wash, Sports Theme, Beach, Laundry, Home Decor, Restaurant, etc.
If you want to donate items for a basket, we can put it together for you or you can make a cash donation.
Cake Wheel: will need cakes galore for us to have plenty to go around. We are asking that each family bring at least one cake. Please bring these the morning of the picnic and leave them in the Parish Hall.

BEHIND THE SCENES!
Tuesday, May 28th & Wednesday, May 29th - 6:00pm: We are in need of volunteers to *Help load wood into the pits, * Prepare work areas, *Clean outside bathrooms, *Get grounds ready for the picnic
Thursday, May 30th - 1:00pm: Picnic Cake Baking Day: The parish will have their Annual Cake Baking Day.Please bring cake mixes, frostings, oil, milk, eggs, mixing bowls, spoons, bundt pans and disposable cake pans.
Thursday, May 30th, 5:30pm: Picnic stands will be put up: Stand Managers are responsible for getting their stands up and ready. If Stand Managers are not available, please get someone to put your stand up for you. Bring tools along.
Friday, May 31st - 1:00pm: Picnic Cake Frosting & Potato Peeling Day: We will be frosting the cakes we made on Thursday and peeling potatoes for burgoo and onions to be used for dinner stands and sandwiches. Bring your favorite potato peeler or knife
Friday, May 31st - 6:00pm: We are in need of volunteers * Cut up meat for burgoo *Wash kettles *Prepare work areas
Saturday, June 1st, 7:00am: * Debone chicken, grind cabbage for burgoo and tear mutton off the bone
Saturday, June 1st, 3:00pm:* Have booths open and running
Saturday, June 1st, 4:00pm:*Serving begins
Saturday, June 1st, After the Picnic:*Clean up begins * Volunteers needed to wash pans from outside cooking

SIGN UP SHEETS
Are available at the entrances of church now through the weekend of May 25-26 for Picnic Workers ONLY to place their orders for burgoo, chicken, pork or mutton. Orders will be available for pick-up after 4:00pm on Saturday, June 1st. Pay when you pick up your order.
