Theology on Tap in Owensboro will take place on Monday, August 14th from 6:00-8:30pm at Los Cabos Mexican Restaurant at 2845 W. Parrish Avenue. It is open to young adults ages 18-39 and all faith traditions are welcome. The topic of this evening will be "Why Hail Mary? How Mary Brings Us Closer to Christ" Guest speaker is Fr. Denis Robinson, OSB, President-Rector of St. Meinrad Seminary & School of Theology.
NOTE: The restaurant will have a number of beverages to choose from, including alcohol; guests 21+ are free to drink or not drink. Join him for a listening session for the 15th Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops. The theme this year is, "Youth, Faith and Vocational Discernment." This is an opportunity to have your voice make it straight to the Pope's ears as Bishop Medley will compile input from these listening sessions to submit to Pope Francis.

The Ursuline Sisters of Mount Saint Joseph invite the public to join them for Eucharistic Adoration on the second Sunday of each month from 4:00-5:00pm at the Motherhouse Chapel (located 12 miles west of Owensboro, KY on Hwy 56).
