Owensboro area & St. Pius X Young Adult Ministry are providing an opportunity for young adult softball (and sometimes kickball!)Thursday nights from 7:30 - 9:30pm beginning August 1st through October 3rd. These games will take place on Field #5 behind St. Pius X. No experience necessary.

This retreat is being led by Kelly Wahlquist, a dynamic and inspiring author and speaker, who will encourage you to spread the message of Jesus by living the joy of the Gospel.

RIGHT TO LIFE OF OWENSBORO ANNUAL WALK FOR LIFE
The annual RTLO Walk for Life raises awareness for the pro-life movement in our community. With signs, banners, cheers, and prayers, we walk down Frederica Street to spread our message of truth. This 3 mile walk begins and ends at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church on Saturday, September 7th, 2019. Registration begins at 9:00am. Walk begins at 10:00am

OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHT ON THE LAWN
Saturday, September 7th after Mass - Join us for a night of family fun! We will eat around 6:30pm. Movie (Secret Life of Pets) starts at dusk. Hotdogs, chips and all the fixings will be provided by the Men's Club. We ask that you bring drinks, lawn chairs, pillows and blankets.
In case of rain we will move into the Parish Hall.

It's time to buy your tickets for the 2019 Mount St. Joseph Raffle! The proceeds support the Ursuline Sisters of Mount St. Joseph, especially those who are retired. Raffle winners will be announced during Escape to the Mount on September 8th, 2019!

Registration opens on October 1st, 2019! Winter Camp is open to campers currently in grades 8 thru 12. Cost is $125 and camp is from Sunday, December 29th at 4:00pm to Wednesday, January 1st at 11:00am.
NCYC (National Catholic Youth Conference) will take place November 21-23, 2019 in Indianapolis at the Lucas Oil Stadium. The theme is “Blessed, Broken, Given”. NCYC is for any youth, freshmen in high school to age 17 by November 2019. By June 1st, we need to have a $100.00 deposit from any youth planning on attending NCYC. The total cost is $490.00 per person and this includes conference registration fee, housing for 3 night, transportation (coaches), breakfast, lunch on Thursday, t-shirt, insurance, and night security at the hotel.
